Career planning facilitators
For a while young ones struggle to decide on a career to pursue. Many succumb to peer pressure, demands of the job market and many other pressures that change our career paths. Some parents seek to live their unfulfilled career dreams through their children however, we realize that every child is uniquely different and they carry individual passions and special inert skills. These with their personality and values in life make up the basis for career choices. Our focus is to ensure that people make informed decisions on a career path early in life to allow focus and development of inert skills. Only then can one find fulfillment in their careers.

OUR APPROACH- WE DIP YOU
Support That Makes a Difference
While many use 2 hour motivational talks we strive to ignite ones passion first. A walk through positive introspect has been evidenced to bring out more and lasting "Can Do" energy than external motivation. Through the DIP (Discover, Identify and Plan) we ursher participants and clients into an appreciation of their inert skills and lack of and work our way through exploring occupations that will more likely fulfill their adult lives.
We help to design strategies on how inert skills can be enriched before a career launch through participation in the right school clubs, community groupings including church activities.
In addition to 1-on-1 consultations and group sessions, we regularly will host workshops and seminars for people who are interested in developing their own Career guidance programmes.
WHO IS THIS FOR?
Our programms are targetted at Young Adults and Teenagers (13 - 23years old)
We also have prograrmmes focused on the 7-13 years category.
Specific programmes can be delivered at:
- Schools as part of ca
reer guidance programme
- Universities and colleges as part of course orientation
- Churches to enrich ministry experience
This are in form of workshops, seminars, 1 and 1 sessions, Bootcamps etc.
The sooner a child draws their path, the easier it is for them to maintain focus and inner motivation.

Are you are Church, School or an institution supporting Youth Empowerment and Girls welfare? Book a session with a Guidance expert. This does not follow our standard programming and is flexible to accommodate the clients needs and schedule. You could be a Girl empowerment institution, School or Church or Youth Group, our programmes are customized to suit your needs. Community schools and Orphanage rates are discounted.
