Why is your target only the young ones?

We believe that earlier generations did not have enough information and guidance on career options. Further, most people were choosing careers that were mostly marketable.   On the other hand some schools did not have dedicated career counselors. If one found themselves in a fulfilling career, it was probably by grace or perhaps a fluke?

We do not want the next generation to go through he challenges of choosing a career. Webeleive when you do what you love, indeed you never have to work in life! When the young ones choose their careers early, they can walk assertively and develop their personal skills even before academic or professional training.

Whats the big deal over selfawareness in your curriculum?

We simply dont think you can separete personality from the choice of a career. Self awareness brings ones closer to the best career choices. Values, beliefs, interests, skills and occupational personality matters alot and determines which environment one will work at their best.
