Chipiwa Chatora
Chipiwa Chatora is the founder of Conbrec , a South African based Business management consultancy company specialized in training organizations in the NGO, private, public and private sector in specific areas such as Resource mobilization, Business management skills , Marketing Management systems In the sub-Saharan region for more than 15 years . Has been partnering with business gurus in Sub Sahara region to build capacity in the work place, specifically as a training producer, Trainer of trainers ,Accessor, moderator and training marketing management systems specialist.
Has over 20 years work experience in both start up and established HIV /AIDS management treatment and care NGOs as a community advisor and partnership liaison.
Highly involved in implementation of programs in the community In line with the donor funded projects . Has worked with Organizations such as ZHRP,CIDRZ and UTH .
Yvonne Mtumbi
Yvonne is an Award-winning Marketing and Innovation Management Specialist with 20 years experience . She is the Director and Co-founder of AgriEn Network which focuses on building sustainable local food systems. Worked as a Marketing and Innovation Specialist under National Technology Business Centre (NTBC), responsible for managing Idea to Market projects. At NTBC, Yvonne lobbied for the inclusion of Zambia on the Southern
African Innovation Support program (SAIS) and International Development Innovation Network (IDIN) under the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Zambia which have benefited many innovators
and entrepreneurs allowing for the promotion of grassroots innovations. Yvonne further joined the Netherlands Development Organisation as Country Coordinator for AgriProfocus Network responsible for Agribusiness Ecosystem management and facilitating agribusiness and agriculture-based linkages. Under this she managed both global and local relations with the Dutch stakeholders promoting business and social investment in the agriculture sector. She has carried out several research in Agribusiness managing various B2B platforms a as means to strengthen linkages among various actors. She holds a Master of Science in Marketing, CIM Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing with training in Intellectual Property, Business Incubation Management, Climate Change Adaptation Enterprise Incubation management under, New business development and enterprise development by infoDev (World Bank) African Management (SA), Capital Development (UK) and Africa Women Innovation and Entrepreneurship Forum (AWIEF) under African Development Bank.
